We understand that finding the right home can be a stressful experience, at Home from Home we do everything we can to help you from start to finish.
Tenant Fees
We do not charge Tenant Fees
Permitted Charges –
Holding Deposit – This is equivalent to 1 weeks rent and payable upon application. This is held if the tenant fails referencing for something not declared or if they change their mind and withdraw their application.
Other permitted charges relating after the Contract begins are included in the Occupation Contract.
